"This was recorded at Moev's studio in Nettwerk's
basement. It was the first time I had seen a Emu Sp12,
and I had a afternoon with it. The result is pretty much all Sp12. I remember Moev
telling me later I had left the samples in the
machine...! So maybe they had fun with them too. I
recorded the tracks to a 8track and then bounced them
to 2" with Rave at Mushroom. Then added live Barrels (metal
and large 50 gallon plastic pickle barrel that
Test Dept gave me). There was a amazing reverb chamber
in Mushroom that we would set up very close to, and
dually mic the drum and the room."
